North Rustico Lighthouse

Comments: Every summer when I return to Prince Edward IslandI, I have wanted to paint this lovely little lighthouse. And every time I was at the wrong angle, or it was cloudy, or the wrong time of day, or I did not have my paints with me. Finally, I found just the right angle with this interesting backlighting. I loved the way the ruined lobster pots and old boards made interesting patterns leading up to the lighthouse.
