Comments: A few years ago my studio was located next to the ship canal in Seattle. A tug boat manufacturer was right next door. These men worked all year constructing a single gigantic tug boat destined for Alaska’s rugged seas. Visually, I loved their blue hats as a counterpoint to all of the rust and blue geometric design of the sheet metal and the stacks of heavy lumber.
